Organizations
Run Elyv for a team: shared plans, seats, a shared credit bank, roles, invites and SSO.
Teams on Elyv
An organization lets a team share one plan, a pool of credits and a set of members. There are two team plans, priced per seat, with volume discounts as the team grows. If you would rather we help set it up, contact us with your team size.
Creating an organization
- Start one
Create an organization from your dashboard and give it a name. The person who creates it is the owner.
- Choose a plan and seats
Pick Team Pro or Team Max and the number of seats, from 2 to 20. The quote shows the per-seat price, the volume discount and the shared credits.
- Add billing details
Enter the billing details, including a VAT number if you have one.
- Pay
Pay the crypto invoice. The plan and the shared credit bank activate once it confirms.
- Invite your team
Share invite links with the people who should join.
Team plans
| Elyv Team Pro | Elyv Team Max | |
|---|---|---|
| Price per seat, 30 days | 24 € | 79 € |
| Shared credits per seat | 100 | 200 |
| Searches per member, a day | 150 | 2,500 |
| Searches per member, an hour | 40 | 300 |
| Advanced Search per member, a day | 5 | 30 |
| History | 30 days | 90 days |
A team has from 2 to 20 seats. Larger teams get a discount on the total: 10% from 5 seats, 15% from 10, 20% from 15. One payment covers 30 days, nothing renews on its own, and paying again adds another 30 days.
The shared credit bank
On payment, the team gets a shared credit bank of seats times the credits per seat. Every search a member runs spends from the bank, while each member keeps their own hourly and daily search limits. Admins can set a per-member cap so one person cannot drain the bank. Extra credits can be bought as a top-up and stay in the bank.
Roles and members
Every member has a role.
- Owner: created the team, controls billing and SSO, cannot be removed.
- Admin: manages members, invites and permissions.
- Member: searches within the team plan and the shared bank.
A member with no personal plan of their own uses the team plan automatically for limits, history and features.
Invites and permissions
Admins invite people with a link they share, since there is no email sender, and can invite several at once from a list. Pending invites count against the seats. Permissions decide what members may do: invite others, run Advanced Search, export, or use API keys.
Single sign-on
A team can ask for single sign-on with Google, Microsoft, Okta or SAML. SSO is not switched on instantly: Elyv reviews the configuration and activates it, so the status reads pending until then.
Leaving a team
A member or admin can leave a team at any time. Only the owner can delete the team. Removing a member frees their seat.
