Plans and quotas

The plans

A plan is a single crypto payment that lasts 30 days. It never renews on its own, so there is nothing to cancel.

Without an active plan, nothing runs: no search and no module.

Searches and module runs

• Every search (username, email, phone, IP, domain, full name) and every module run uses one from your plan's hourly and daily quotas.
• The hourly quota frees up within the hour and the daily quota resets the next day. The dashboard shows what is left and when you can search again.
• A lookup whose sources all fail does not count against your quota.
• Opening a saved result from History, browsing modules, correlations and exports do not count.

Advanced Search

Advanced Search is an extra pass through a larger leak database for usernames, emails, phones, IPs and full names. It has its own daily quota: 5 a day on Elyv Resolution and 30 a day on Elyv Knowledge, with at most 8 an hour. If the leak database does not answer, it does not count.

Elyv Partner and keys

Elyv Partner is a free plan for creators who promote Elyv four times a week. It gives 15 searches a day. Apply by opening a ticket on our Discord; not every request is accepted.

A redeem key adds a plan from Account, Redeem a key.

When a plan ends

• Searches and module runs stop at the end of the 30 days, until you pick a new plan.
• Your history and cases stay, within the retention of your plan.
• Buying the same plan or a higher one while a plan is active extends it from the current end date.

Paying in crypto

Checkout runs through Plisio. You choose the coin on their page (BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL and many more). Your plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed on chain, which usually takes a few minutes. Elyv never sees your wallet keys.
